Before you occupy a property normally we would expect you to pay

1. INITIAL RENT
2. A SECURITY DEPOSIT/BOND
   (usually 1 months rent)
3. £200 + VAT (£235.00) SET UP FEE

NB: The requirement for the payment initial rent may be waived if a tenant is in receipt of rent allowance benefits

We require you to complete an application form and will also need references, bank statements, wage slips and other information.

Tenants deposits (bonds) will be registered with a licenced Tenancy Deposit Scheme
