All our branches offer a rental service and will promote your property the availability of your property in-branch, via the local press and on this website.

Experienced personnel whose aim is to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible handle rental administration centrally.

We offer 2 types of lettings service:

Management : We find the tenant, complete all documentation then manage the property on a day to day basis for a monthly management fee (usually taken as a percentage of the rent collected) We will deal with the day today needs of the tenant, attend to repairs and other related matters. Your bank account will be credited monthly with any rent collected.

Management Terms and Conditions

Tenant Finder : Some landlords prefer to manage their own property but have difficulty in finding a suitable tenant. Register your property with us and we will do our best to find you a suitable tenant for a single one off fee.
